IMMUNIZATION

Target Audience: 
State and local agency personnel working in the Immunization Program.
Course Length: 1 days
Course Description:  
This training will provide a “hands-on” approach to the Immunization functions within the Cornerstone software system. The course includes: recording immunization data for clients, inquiring on immunization records, and the scheduling process for immunizations.
Performance Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate proficiency in enrolling a new client on the Cornerstone system
• Record Immunization information on enrolled clients
• Complete scheduling process for clients
• Obtain Immunization reports for clients
