Cornerstone Training
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
Target Audience:
Supervisors, local liaisons, and/or other designated personnel who are
responsible for the maintenance of the Cornerstone software system
Course Length: 1 day
Course Description:
This training will provide a hands-on approach to administrative processes
within the Cornerstone software system. The course includes: Provider Maintenance, Biologic Inventory, Clinic Schedules,
Employee Information, Screen Security, Beginning and End of Day Procedures, Administrative Reports, Caseload Reassignment, and
Locking and Unlocking Food Instruments.
Performance Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify technical environment for Cornerstone software
- Perform functions associated with administrative
processes within Cornerstone
- Generate and explain administrative reports
- Identify and understand Local Liaison role within Cornerstone
