FCM COORDINATOR
Target Audience:
State and local agency personnel working in a management capacity with the
FCM program
Course Length: 2 days
Course Description:
This training will provide a comprehensive view of the role of the FCM Coordinator. The course will include: Development of the FCM Budget, Caseload Management, Outreach, Quality Assurance, Local Agency Policies and Procedures, and Understanding the FCM Contract Agreement.
Performance Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify federal, state, and
local mandates as related to services provided through the FCM
program
- Name a variety of ways to conduct
outreach
- State methods for maintenance of
caseload
- Explain FCM management reports
- List steps involved in Quality
